Responsibilities:
* Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
* Provide hiring forecasts and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.
* Develop and refine recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to align recruitment processes with organizational goals.
* Represent the company at career fairs, hackathons, and industry events.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging recruitment campaigns.
