Job Description:
Actively source and attract top-tier technical talent using creative strategies, including job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle with a focus on speed, efficiency, and quality.
Build and nurture a pipeline of candidates for a variety of technical positions, ensuring a steady flow of potential hires.
Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical competencies and alignment with company culture.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
Focus on delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
Promote PakWheels’ employer brand by effectively communicating the company’s values, culture, and growth opportunities.
Stay informed about the latest recruitment tools and trends to optimize the hiring process for technical roles.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in fast-growing technology or digital companies.
Familiarity with technical roles, tools, and frameworks, such as programming languages, development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
