Technical Recruiter

Inbox Business Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of technical recruitment processes and strategies.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Utilizing various recruitment platforms and tools to source and screen potential candidates.
• Conducting technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for open positions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals, universities, and other relevant networks to establish a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
• A strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Workable, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
