Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of complex technology projects. This role demands a deep understanding of technical project management, familiarity with modern tech stacks, and the ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team of experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  
  

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

  
  

• Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, software developers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and QA/test engineers.

  
  

• Manage all project phases, from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to technical requirements.

  
  

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, providing solutions to keep the project on track.

  
  

• Ensure that the development team adheres to best practices in software development and AI/ML implementation.

  
  

• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  
  

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, particularly with projects involving AI/ML, cloud computing, or complex software systems.

  
  

• Strong understanding of tech stacks such as:

  
  

• Frontend: React.js, Angular

  
  

• Backend: Node.js, Django, .NET Core AI/ML

  
  

• Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV

  
  

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB Real-time Processing: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ

  
  

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

  
  

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

  
  

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

  
  

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

  
  
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus
