Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the business analysis process, including gathering, analyzing, and defining requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.
Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to their professional development.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.
Proven ability to manage and facilitate stakeholder meetings and lead discussions to gather clear and concise business requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring proper documentation and communication across teams.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fintech, stock trading, or similar industries.
Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
Background in business process modeling and tools (e.g., BPMN).
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
