Key Responsibilities:
Craft clear and concise user guides, ensuring they align with the needs and expectations of our diverse customer base.
Develop user experience documentation that enhances the overall usability and satisfaction of our products.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI/UX designers to gather insights and information for documentation.
Work closely with customer support teams to address user queries and concerns through comprehensive documentation.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into user-friendly documentation.
Ensure consistent and effective communication between development teams and end-users.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 3 years' experience within the software industry.
Proven experience as a Technical Author with a focus on user-facing documentation.
Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of technical and user-based documentation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Excellent command of English to create high quality written content.
