Job Title: Product Lead

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Lead to join our team and drive the success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing product development and marketing strategies.
• User Research: Champion a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors through research and data analysis, informing product design and feature prioritization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data analytics to track product performance, identify improvement areas, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Ensure product quality and usability: Implement testing and quality assurance best practices to deliver a reliable and user-friendly product."

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products in the IT industry.
• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translate market insights into product strategy, and execute effectively.
• User-Centric Focus: Passionate about understanding user needs and behaviors, and a commitment to building user-centric solutions.
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions and measure performance.
• Excellent Communicator: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
