Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor junior team members in project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. - Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. - Knowledge of data migration and integration processes. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 Years Continuous education is required.15 Years Continuous education
