Job Description:
- Understanding the Project
- Reviewing programmed surveys as a second layer of internal quality control
- Active and platform expert research and recruitment for surveys
- Multitask across projects adhering to timelines
- Creating outreach templates for projects
- Phone screening and qualifying respondents
- Targeted and persistent lead conversion for surveys
- Chasing survey respondents and connecting with survey respondents for referrals
- Tracking survey respondents and adding them to the platform project
- Expert engagement for further survey participation
- Monitoring complete rates and handling screen-outs
- Participating in daily internal progress meetings, actively contributing to solving research challenges
- Helping PM with project organization
- Keeping project sheet up to date
- Participating and adding to monthly debriefs to improve fielding best practices
