Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the development and maintenance of demand forecasts by analyzing sales, marketing,
and industry data.
2. Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to identify opportunities
and risks.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data inputs for the forecasting
process.
4. Perform data cleaning and preparation tasks to ensure data quality and consistency.
5. Monitor forecast accuracy and implement improvements to minimize forecast error.
6. Prepare and present reports summarizing forecast data and insights.
7. Participate in meetings to discuss forecast results and suggest improvements.
8. Assist in ad hoc analysis and reporting for ongoing projects within the demand planning team.
Qualifications Needed:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is required.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze graphs, and provide actionable insights.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues during the pilot phase and coordinate with technical teams to resolve them promptly.
