The role

We are seeking a motivated Supervisor - Civil to join our team for one of our key hydropower project based in Peshawar. This entry-level position offers valuable hands-on experience in civil engineering, focusing on project execution, planning, and construction management. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination and implementation of civil engineering activities, ensuring the timely completion of tasks while adhering to quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-impact project, contributing to the development of sustainable energy solutions.

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering activities for the hydropower project.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor the progress of construction activities and report any deviations from the schedule.
• Ensure that all civil engineering work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that work is progressing as per design and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and materials specifications.
• Assist in managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc in Civil Engineering)
• Minimum 02 year of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
