The role will be pivotal in developing, codifying, and managing the tooling for our partner program. The use of Salesforce.com, Crossbeam, Tableau, Coda, and other various analytical reporting and program management tools to streamline partner operations will be a critical component of the role. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage sales enablement content that empowers our sales teams and partners to effectively sell our solutions.What you will do:1. Integration Planning and Management:Manage the pipeline of new integration requests coming from sales or other channels using Coda and/or Salesforce.com. Manage the data, making sure that records are kept up to date with the latest information across stakeholders. Make sure new integration requests are matching between PartnerFleet and Salesforce/Coda.Maintain adoption data of integrations in Tableau, keep stakeholders informed, and raise awareness of changing patterns in the data.Be able to package these different formats of data and publish into weekly, monthly business reviews and other communications such as monthly newsletters.2. Manage sales attribution reporting (referred, attached)Work with Sales Ops, ESYS to develop and refine the right reporting approach to managing the attribution of ISVs to sales opportunities.Define the cadence and reporting for attribution.Oversee and drive clean data practices across the myriad systems in use, Salesforce, Tableau, Coda.Look for and execute opportunities for more automation across systems.3. Business review management meeting coordination and follow-upManage and publish the weekly (WBR) and monthly (MBR) documents, the collation of the status of integrations, raise issues where deadlines are not being met, and reach out to stakeholders to resolve status updates.Record and publish key action items from WBR and MBR for cross-functional stakeholders, updating the #ISV-MBR slack channel and making sure stakeholders are following up.4. Sales Enablement Training OrganizationManage the sales enablement calendar, scheduling with Sales, Sales EngineeringAssemble sales content (with the help of other strategic partner team colleagues) to deliver it in sales enablement sessions.What we are looking for:Experience: 4+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Crossbeam, and analytical reporting tools. Experience with sales enablement platforms is a plus.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling sales content and deliver effective training.Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partnersCreating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values.
