Drive sustainable procurement KPI activities and supplier performance to support organizational growth. Facilitates the interactions between regional categories, manufacturing entities, cross-functional stakeholders to meet the procurement organizational objectives.
• Drive sustainable procurement productivity through Negotiation, Change of Supplier, Rebalancing, QVE, Lean & Innovation with suppliers. Utilizing of tools/applications. (Such as, e-RFP/RFQ/Reverse auction, Cost-breakdown/Should-cost/LPP analysis, TCO, material standardization, parts rationalization, value engineering, benchmarking & etc.)• Account, track & present for performance KPIs and actions periodically.• Collaborate with global & regional categories (RCM/SSL) in defining, deploying of category strategy and initiatives. Identify business needs, market evolution, support sourcing, supplier-base development & optimization.• Maintain & timely update of Procurement parameters in ERP, SSP/SRM, iSave, SRiM, PPEP etc.• Conduct needs/spend-budget analysis, maintain of procurement portfolio, mapping of critical parts/technology with products, tracking of raw materials price index & update.• Support cross-functional team to mitigate supplier conflict, invoice dispute, supplies risk, and collaborate to drive supplier performance in term of cost, quality and delivery.• Contribute and participate in global/regional/local negotiation. (Price, MOQ, LT, Incoterm, Payment Term, Contract etc.)• Participate, contribute to implementing QVE/COS proposals, PEP/PWP and Transfer projects.• Manage supply qualifications, coordinate and establish required procurement agreement, contracts, or legal documentations.• Collaborate with suppliers to promote co-development, innovations, drive “Green” initiative (e.g., recycled resin, zero carbon program, green packaging etc.)• Conduct regular business review with suppliers & stakeholders to drive sustainable performance.• Act as an interface, representing SE as “Supplier Leader” in managing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with assigned suppliers.
