Job Role:


The Manager / Senior Manager People Excellence will play a vital role as the voice of employee base obtaining their feedback, uplifting engagement, incepting an environment for ever-growing employee motivation and develop cross functional collaborations. The resource will be poised as the HR Strategist in this role where he/she will ensure a smooth and efficient communication model between the employees and the admin/support teams. This person will act as a bridge between employees and management and will be trusted to spearhead HRD, HRO, Talent Acquisition, Admin Support Mechanism, L&D matters and will be pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict, and ensuring fair treatment for all employees.


This role will act as a key advisor to management on employee relations matters and advocate for the well- being of the workforce.


Detail Job Description


1. Point of contact for all the employees for any kind of support and act as the bridge between employees and multiple departments for engagement strategies and functional excellence.


2. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees.


3. Promote collaboration and teamwork among different departments to uplift a cohesive force.


4. Build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.


5. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned departments on all HR-related issues. This includes answering questions about benefits, employment policies, payroll, performance management, training, and employee relations.


6. Participate in HR meetings and committees to stay up to date on changes to policies and procedures.


7. Develop and implement HR initiatives and diverse engagement programs within assigned departments.


8. Identify and analyze HR trends and issues affecting assigned departments.


9. Recommend and implement solutions to improve HR processes and procedures within assigned departments.


10. Provide guidance and support to departmental managers and supervisors on HR policies and procedures. This includes assisting with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary actions.


11. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances. This includes conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and recommending appropriate action.


12. Promote positive employee relations initiatives. This may include employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.


13. Instill a model of open participation from all departments in growth strategies.


Requirement


1. MBA in HR from a reputable university.


2. At least 5 years of working experience.


3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.


5. Strong analytical and writing skills.


6. Experience mediating conflict and resolving disputes.


7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications


8.Preferably female candidates.

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timings: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Location: Onsite, Karachi
