General Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed test plans for embedded systems and software.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
- Identify, record, and track bugs and issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in CSE/ECE or related field.
- Proven experience in embedded software testing, 2+ years of experience from Embedded domain CoreBSP Development/Testing.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ and scripting languages like Python.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware interfaces.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Test Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Test Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ year of work or academic experience with Software Test or System Test, developing and automating test plans and/or tools (e.g., Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration Tools, and Bug Tracking Tools).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Knowledge in one or more of communication protocols ( CAN, SPI, I2C, etc.) ,USB , Storage ( SD/eMMC/UFS), PCIe etc.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, perforce etc.
