The Opportunity:


Sr. Consultant (Managed Services)


The resource will be part of a Managed Services team providing Application Management and Maintenance for OpenText customers spread across the globe. Wide breadth of skills enabling one to solve complex problems in the areas of Application Availability, Performance and Capacity both in terms of incidents and problems. Experience in Production Operations (or Support) plus Software Maintenance (bug fixing, code maintenance) are a must.


Your Impact:


  • VIM Workflows (Administration, Troubleshooting), Architecture, Solution design
  • Building custom workflows with ABAP experience
  • VIM configurations (DP document types, process options, Role and agent determination, blocking, Approvals, ICC/IES, Archive center)
  • SAP MM (handling PO, GR, SES etc.) and FI modules with Invoice posting/blocking/parking scenarios
  • Knowledge in VIM Fiori apps
  • Achieving adherence and exceeding Service Level and Delivery commitments to clients.
  • Guaging the client pulse and is proactive in ensuring success.

What the role offers:


Skill set required:


8+ years of experience supporting OpenText Content Server or LiveLink including development and maintenance of customizations. Exposure to remote administration services, or cloud operations environment..


Technical skills:


  • VIM 7.5 or higher versions
  • ICC or IES/ IC4S Integration along with Validation Client.
  • Archive center integration
  • Business Center 16.3 or higher versions
  • Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.

Definite Plus:


  • ITIL Foundation certification
