About the role
Step into a pivotal role where you'll report directly to the SC Johnson Pakistan Finance Lead. You'll manage the accounting side of our dynamic company, embodying a spirit of teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and personal accountability.


About the Team/Department
Join a vibrant team under the guidance of the Associate Manager FP&A. This is a fantastic opportunity for Finance ambitious professionals eager to advance their careers.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and approve all payments, collections, and journal vouchers, ensuring accuracy and completeness in ERP transactions.
  • Lead GL Closing and Trial Finalization processes.
  • Prepare Management Accounts and monthly closings in line with SCJ standards.
  • Compile Annual, Half Yearly, and Quarterly Statutory Financial Statements.
  • Ensure timely completion of Annual Audits and Reviews, including Fund Audits.
  • Finalize Funds Trial and prepare Accounts.
  • Conduct GL Account Reconciliations as per SCJ requirements.
  • Manage Year-End Closing and forms submission as required.
  • Review AR status/reports weekly/monthly and take proactive steps for timely recoveries.
  • Ensure compliance with SCJ policies and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for Banks and Taxation purposes.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
  • Develop action plans to optimize inventory locations.
  • Provide detailed inventory analysis and reports using ERP and other tools.
  • Monitor ERP and adjust market allocations based on regional guidelines.
  • Track inbounds from manufacturing and suppliers.
  • Update monthly KPIs and perform root cause analysis on supply chain losses.

Experience you’ll bring:


  • A University Degree in Business Administration.
  • CA or ACCA background, with completed training/articles from a Chartered Accountant Firm. Preferably a qualified CA.
  • Two to three years of industry experience is ideal.
