About the role


As a Sr. Assistant Manager Fulfillment, you'll be overseeing inventory control operations in the fulfillment center/warehouse, ensuring all processes align with company policies and are executed accurately. The position also involves collaborating with other teams to ensure timely stock replenishments, as well as training and supervising staff. A strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and a focus on optimizing procedures to minimize losses are key aspects of the role.


Job Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee the inventory control processes within the fulfillment center / Warehouse, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Manage the receipt of goods and ensure accurate recording of inbound items.
  • Oversee the returns process, including processing returns and ensuring accurate record keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inbound and return processes.
  • Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize inventory management and minimize inventory losses.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as commercials, to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies at warehouses.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Train and supervise inventory control staff, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's inventory management system (WMS).
  • Use software to monitor Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Classification and Damages.

You must have


  • 2-3 years of experience in Fmcg operations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies.
