Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans for different phases of the SDLC.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
3. Perform thorough manual testing of applications, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
4. Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
5. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools.
6. Identify, log, and verify defects, providing timely feedback to the development team.
7. Analyze testing results, improve test strategies, and ensure quality metrics like test coverage and defect resolution timelines are met.
Qualifications Needed:
1. Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/SE or equivalent, with more than 3 - 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
2. Motivated, self-starting, and eager to learn.
3. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
