Job Description: Enterprise64 is seeking an experienced Senior SQA Engineer – Automation. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the automation testing efforts, driving the development of automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate testing processes and implement cutting-edge quality assurance techniques. Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of automation into the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, improving the speed and reliability of testing cycles.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure efficient, scalable, and robust testing processes.
Perform hands-on automation testing across various layers, including UI, API, and backend services, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and define automation strategies to validate features.
Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports to development teams.
Champion the use of automation tools and best practices within the QA team, continuously improving automation frameworks and methodologies.
Work within an Agile environment, ensuring quality assurance processes align with sprint goals and delivery timelines.
Mentor and coach junior QA engineers on automation practices, tools, and frameworks.
Participate in performance testing efforts and ensure automation contributes to the broader testing strategy, covering functional, performance, and security aspects.
Ensure the automation framework is scalable and adaptable to evolving technologies, expanding automation coverage as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
4-6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation testing.
Expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for writing automation scripts.
