What is a Specialist Service Delivery Engineer?
This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of GSM in-building solutions, as well as other Fixed & GSM technical solutions, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and client requirements.
The role reports directly to the Team Lead Service Delivery and has 0 person reporting directly into it with an extended team of 20 team members.
What does a Specialist Service Delivery Engineer do?
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to project managers, vendors, and sale channels to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
· Act as the main point of contact for sale channels, addressing their project related concerns, providing regular updates, and managing internal/external client expectations.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery to drive continuous improvement within the team.
· Coordination with internal / external teams for the delivery of GSM in building solution, i.e. GSM signals repeater, micro sites etc.
· In-house Testing of new products/services for viability.
· This role reports directly to the Team Lead Service Delivery.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Specialist Service Delivery Engineer?
· We strongly aim at recruiting a team member with minimum 3 years of experience and a Bachelors degree in Telecom, Electrical, Computer Science or a related field.
· Applicant should be well versed with the RAN (Radio Access Network), Mobile and Fixed networks.
· Should have basic knowledge of Routing, Switching and GSM Network (RAN) performance and optimization.
· Relevant Certifications & Trainings would be a plus point.
· Has strong grip on MS Office Suit especially MS Power Point, Word & Excel etc.
· He must demonstrate good presentation skills and fluent in English & Urdu.
· Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
· He/she should have demonstrated ability to manage utilization of resources, project plans, client expectations and delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
· Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues proactively.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
