What is Specialist Performance Marketing?

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, data-driven, and eager to make a significant impact on app growth and digital services.


Performance marketing specialist will manage growth and performance of digital products through media outreach specifically digital. The candidate will present recommendations for effective user acquisition/retention/engagement to key marketing and other stakeholders.


The role reports to the Manager Performance Marketing with an extended team of 7 team members.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) like DV360, or similar.
  • Leverage mobile ad exchanges and networks for user acquisition and retargeting.
  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns to drive app installs, user engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring that KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the brand teams to help them produce engaging ad creatives through creative performance reviews that resonate with the target audience.
  • A/B test different creatives and messaging to determine the most effective combinations.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, and AppsFlyer to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to inform stakeholders of campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Analyze user acquisition funnels and optimize each step to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target high-value users.
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage lapsed users and maximize user lifetime value using tools.
  • Work closely with product, tech, and brand teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in mobile app marketing.

Requirements


What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist performance marketing?


  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a focus on mobile apps.
  • Experience of working in a tech/start-up/Digital and Lifestyle app will be bonus and shall be preferred
  • Hands-on experience with major ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and DSPs like DV360 or similar
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar
  • Knowledge of app marketing metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV
  • Proficiency in excel and know how of reporting tools such as power BI and Tableau etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.
