Job Roles / Responsibilities:


The role is responsible for supporting the facilitation of HR strategic reports, new project initiatives, and reporting related to people data. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, manage key HR processes, and contribute to the successful execution of HR strategic reports and HRMS projects.


You will be responsible to:


  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports at the group level.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational goals.
  • Reconcile data across multiple systems to maintain accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Manage and coordinate the timely execution of HR strategic initiatives.
  • Track progress and ensure completion of required tasks within timelines.
  • Lead and manage HRMS projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and meeting key objectives.

Requirements:


You must have:


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Human Resources/Business Administration/Statistics.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and workforce insights.
  • Proven experience in HR projects to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Hands-on expertise in HR applications with a strong understanding of data structures and reporting.
  • Experience working with HR metrics and KPIs, such as workforce planning, attrition analysis, diversity & inclusion, and performance trends.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports at a group level, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Clearly communicate findings from analysis to turn information into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to understand data requirements, identify key data points, and analyze and visualize data.
  • Lead and manage various HRMS tools and projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and alignment with key objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate the timely execution of HR strategic initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure data compliance by reconciling data across multiple systems, maintaining accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, ensuring rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
