Job Roles/Responsibilities:


Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will play an integral role in coordinating HR employee life cycle activities from talent acquisition, and onboarding. You will work closely with the key stakeholders as a reference point for end-to-end HR services.


Specifically, you will be responsible for:


  • complete recruitment activities, in line with agreed KPIs, approved budget, and institutional policies
  • preparation of job advertisements, shortlisting applications, arranging and conducting interviews of shortlisted candidates
  • developing employment offers and presenting them to selected candidates in consultation with the relevant department
  • ensuring smooth induction, orientation, and onboarding activities in coordination with the relevant department
  • ensuring incorporation of accurate data in HRMS
  • addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • acting as a role model for the institution's values and behaviours
  • assisting in performance management processes, including completion of appraisal forms and bell curve
  • conducting exit interviews for employees leaving the organization
  • understanding business dynamics, strengthening business relationships, and providing quick service to the stakeholders
  • preparing various HR reports and analytics, as needed
  • staying up-to-date with latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements


You should have/be:


  • a Masters degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
  • at least five years of relevant recruitment experience with a large and multi-discipline organization. Candidates who have experience of bulk hiring will be given preference
  • interviewing, negotiating, and time management skills
  • the ability to translate complex processes into simple and user-friendly processes
  • the ability to maintain continuous professional development and knowledge of market best practices
  • the ability to engage and influence peers and senior stakeholders across the organization
  • excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • the focus on priorities, deliverables, and strong follow-up achieving KPIs/goals
  • the capacity for multitasking and promoting a customer-oriented approach.
