Special Educator needed in a school in Hyderabad

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Special Educator to support primary-grade students in our IGCSE school in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in special education, experience working with children with diverse learning needs, and a strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special learning needs.
  
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to support students’ academic and social development.
  
• Use differentiated instruction techniques to meet diverse learning styles.
  
• Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
  
• Conduct one-on-one and small-group sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with school staff to promote inclusive education practices.
  
• Stay updated on best practices in special education and participate in professional development programs.
  

• Degree or specialization in Special Education or a relevant field.
  
• 3-4 years of experience working as a Special Educator, preferably in an IGCSE school.
  
• Strong knowledge of learning disabilities, behavioral interventions, and adaptive teaching strategies.
  
• Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  
• Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.
