We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Work with multiple stakeholders, colleagues and vendors across the ERM Business, Transformation, IT, Architecture and Engineering teams, helping them define their technology vision, strategy and solutions. 
• Lead the creation of, and own, solution architectures for Enterprise Risk Management, including reference architectures, solution architectures and other artefacts and documents under the oversight of the GRC Architecture leadership.
• Contribute to the Enterprise Risk Management Enterprise Architecture.
• Prepare and present architecture documents and artefacts to peers and governance boards for review and approval.
• Ensure the architecture governance practices are followed and designs are correctly aligned and supportive of the related Compliance & HSBC strategies (Tech, Data, Cloud, Security, etc.).
• Liaise and collaborate with many geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders to build knowledge and coordinate solution design.
• Drive the transfer of knowledge to others through both written and verbal means.
