Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. This role requires a highly analytical and strategic individual who can work collaboratively with both technical and business teams to design optimal solutions and guide the technical implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Analyze business needs and develop comprehensive, end-to-end technology solutions that align with company goals.
Design scalable, secure, and reliable architectures for applications, data, and infrastructure.
Ensure alignment of architectural solutions with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and support for the development, integration, and deployment of solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any architectural issues that arise during development or deployment.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and present solution designs.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Ensure communication between business and technology stakeholders is clear and solutions are aligned with business objectives.
Technology Evaluation & Selection:
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for solution implementation.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software architecture, development, and cloud solutions.
Documentation & Compliance:
Create and maintain detailed solution architecture documents, technical diagrams, and other project-related documentation.
Ensure all solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and adhere to security best practices.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture, with proven success in delivering large-scale, enterprise-level solutions.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, API management, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align technology with business objectives.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the finance, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.
Certification in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect).
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
