Software Engineer and Trainer

Position Overview: As a Software Engineer and Trainer ,you will play a dual role. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Laravel and Vue.js. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to train and mentor junior developers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel and Vue.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

1. Training and Mentorship:

• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on Laravel and Vue.js for junior developers.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including documentation, tutorials, and sample projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.

• Work closely with managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
