Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems across various teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Identify and resolve technical issues Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development, SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development, SAP ABAP Cloud - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Cloud - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development principles - Experience in developing and configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools - Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required15 years full time education
