Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced development and integration engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and integration of business processes and rules into HRM platform. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their requirements, configuring the organizational processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. A strong emphasis will be placed on research and implementation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, deployment, migration, maintenance, monitoring, and administration of the HRM Software.
Design, develop, automate and maintain organizational processes and business rules into an enterprise HRM Software.
Manage process & security configurations, 3rd party integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), SOAP, REST, and other integration tools.
Collaborate with operations and business stakeholders directly to understand the requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Create and maintain dashboards and analytics as per business requirements.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business users, to gather requirements, document system configurations, and maintain system documentation for future reference.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in any ERP software or core CRM development.
Experience in enterprise Reporting & 3rd party integrations using web services (SOAP & REST).
Experience with SQL, XML, XSLT, and other data formats.
Excellent research, communication and data presentation skills.
Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to a diverse audience, including senior executives, and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses.
Knowledge of Human Capital modules such as Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management etc.
Strong requirement gathering, planning and execution skills.
Ability to be flexible and handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for addressing complex technical challenges.
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
