Job role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and developing effective strategies to enhance our online presence. This role requires a blend of social media expertise and graphic design skills to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling and visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts and developing social media strategies.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.) or similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics.
