Job Description:

As a social media coordinator, you will work on specific projects critical to The Company's needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our team members to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems. As a key member of a small and versatile team, you design, test, deploy and maintain marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and visually appealing social media posts.

  
  

• Edit photos and videos to maintain brand consistency.

  
  

• Create reels, stories, and interactive content to boost engagement.

  
  

• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Graduating in 2025

  
  
• Experience or knowledge of Photo Editing, Video Editing & Creating content
• Experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, influencer & Earned Media Management
• Knowledge of Photostudio, Adobe Premiere and Canva is considered a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to create, manage and publish original, high-quality content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc)
• Ability to respond to comments and questions on social media posts, engage with the community
• Ability to optimize video formats, durations, and aspect ratios for different platforms
• Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing actionable insights to customers
• Manage and execute day-to-day social media content creation, scheduling, posting and optimization across all organic and paid channels
• Self-motivated - with support from your manager, you largely find your own path to achieve aggressive KPIs

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 2pm-11pm
