The Skill Immigration Coordinator
will be responsible for managing communication and scheduling between clients
and skilled immigration advisors. This role will focus on contacting clients,
arranging consultations, and supporting immigration advisors by ensuring that
all necessary appointments and documentation are prepared in advance. The
coordinator will also provide excellent customer service by addressing client
inquiries and ensuring a smooth immigration advisory process.
Key
Responsibilities:
oContact clients & schedule
consultations with immigration advisors based on client needs and availability.
oEngage potential clients, answer basic questions
about immigration services.
oServe as the first point of contact
for clients seeking skilled immigration advice.
oAssist clients in preparing for
their meetings with immigration advisors by providing details on necessary
documents, timelines, and expectations.
oRelay client-specific information to
advisors and ensure that the advisors are well prepared for each meeting.
oMaintain open communication between
clients and advisors to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
oProvide a high level of customer
service, addressing client concerns and questions with professionalism and
empathy.
oFollow up with clients
post-appointment to ensure they have the information and support needed for the
next steps.
