Achieve Sales Targets – Drive sales across all categories (living room, bedroom, kitchen, office, doors, and wardrobes) and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Customer-Centric Approach – Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions for furniture and interior design requirements.
Market & Competitive Analysis – Monitor industry trends, suggest competitive pricing, and develop effective promotional strategies.
Showroom Management – Ensure a well-organized, visually appealing showroom with strategic product placement and seamless operations.
Inventory Control – Manage stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain, and ensure timely replenishment.
SOP Implementation – Enforce best practices in retail operations, sales processes, and showroom management.
Team Leadership & Training – Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team on customer engagement, consultation techniques, and product knowledge.
Customer Relationship Management – Maintain strong connections with key clients, architects, and interior designers to drive repeat business.
Sales Performance Tracking – Analyze sales reports, footfall, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Business Development – Identify new sales opportunities, visit potential clients, and expand the sales pipeline.
