Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js & React.js Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Backend Development (Node.js)
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js, & Express.js.
Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or session-based strategies.
Optimize server-side logic for performance, scalability, and security.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Frontend Development (React.js)
Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance UI components using React.js and Redux/Context API.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
Work with RESTful APIs and WebSockets to fetch and update data dynamically.
General Development Responsibilities
Write unit and integration tests using Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly applications.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and stand-up meetings.
Maintain documentation and follow Git-based version control workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-4 years of professional experience in Node.js & React.js development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (optional but preferred).
Hands-on experience with Express.js, or similar Node.js frameworks.
Experience in React.js.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.
Experience with database management (SQL - MySQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL - MongoDB).
Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
