Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies to maintain high-quality code and scalable software solutions.
Identify and address technical challenges, risks, and bottlenecks, proactively implementing solutions to ensure project success.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software development practices, and incorporate relevant innovations into our processes and projects.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the development team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners as needed for project delivery.
Requirements:
5+ years of Experience in a Software Development Manager Role
3+ years of Blockchain development experience.
Experience of Solidity, web3.js, ethers.js, Node.js, React.js.
Experience of multi chains especially EVM.
Proficiency in Golang and Node js programming languages.
Good knowledge of developing Web services, Rest APIs, and GraphQL.
Strong analytical thinker, intellectually curious, and attention to detail.
Experience with Ethereum with Solidity and related tools (Truffle, geth), etc.
