Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative
As a Senior Sales Development Representative at GoSaaS, you'll play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, and ultimately setting the stage for successful sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with North America based Sales team to assist with the overall sales process
- Run outbound lead generation process through email marketing & LinkedIn
- Perform call followups to working leads & setup appointments with them
- Doing warm/cold calling to provided leads lists to setup appointments
- Drive the leads generated via email marketing & LinkedIn to set up appointments
- Provide email marketing teams with email templates that generate responses
- Perform outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential fit for our GoSaaS Services.
- Can work on Salesforce CRM and can run proper Cadences on each MQL.
- Can meet the sales qualified leads target for every month.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge of Oracle products
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years experience working in Account Exec (AE)/ Sales Development (SDR) roles in Tech industry
- Must have experience working with North America based clients & teams
- Must be experienced doing outbound lead generation through email marketing & LinkedIn
- Must have experience doing call followups & rescheduling via calling prospects
- Must be experienced doing cold calling for appointment setting for tech services industry
- Must be able to drive the leads generated via email marketing & Linkedin to setup appointments
- Must possess a strong command of communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in Account Executive roles to conduct discovery calls with clients is a plus
- Proven track record in sales development or a related role.
- Any previous experience of responding to large RFPs in the US/Canadian market is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry trends.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud Applications, is a strong plus.
- Must have a can-do behavior and can work under pressure situations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, software engineering or a related field
