Position: Sr. Recruiter - University Relation & Employer Branding


Job Descriptions:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts with a focus on University Relations and Employer Branding. In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and enhance our employer brand in the marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to shape our hiring pipeline and contribute to our long-term talent strategy. This position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and works closely with our VP of Operations. This is a full time, in office position with ability to be flexible for Meetings in US time zone.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition:


  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for All-level roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.


  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.


  • Use data-driven approaches to optimize recruiting practices and deliver high-quality candidate experiences.


University Relations:


  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and academic institutions to foster talent pipelines.


  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, including job fairs, workshops, and presentations.


  • Coordinate internship programs and manage early talent acquisition initiatives.


  • Act as the point of contact between the company and university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.


Employer Branding:


  • Enhance the companys employer brand by developing and promoting an engaging and consistent narrative.


  • Create and manage employer branding content, including social media campaigns, blog posts, videos, and employee testimonials.


  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.


  • Monitor employer brand perception through surveys, feedback, and market research.


Stakeholder Management:


  • Work closely with HR, marketing, and department leaders to align recruitment efforts with company goals.


  • Build strong relationships with external vendors, recruitment platforms, and agencies.


  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on recruitment performance and branding initiatives.


Diversity and Inclusion:


  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.


  • Develop partnerships with diverse organizations, schools, and affinity groups to broaden candidate pools.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.


  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in university relations and employer branding.


  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing strategies.


  • Experience in building and managing relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations.


  • Demonstrated success in leading employer branding initiatives.


  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and social media platforms.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with HR technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics tools.


  • Knowledge of industry trends in recruitment, particularly in university hiring and branding.

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Timings: 9 AM - 6PM

  • Employees Provident Fund i.e. 10% of the salary. In which 5% of the Salary is contributed by the employer and the employee respectively.
  • Equity- as per company policy.
