We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with over 10 years of experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex technology environments. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project management for both in-house and vendor product implementations, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in CRM, Data Platforms, RPA, or ERP implementations, particularly within industries like travel, airlines, HR, finance, and banking.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for technology product implementations.
2. Lead the Request for Purchase (RFP) process, ensuring vendor evaluation, selection, and contractual negotiations.
3. Create and manage project-specific governance structures to ensure stakeholder engagement and proper monitoring.
4. Manage project teams, ensuring resource optimization and effective task management to achieve project success.
5. Foster open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates through status reports and reviews.
6. Identify and mitigate risks while proactively resolving project issues to minimize impact.
7. Oversee quality control to ensure deliverables meet predefined standards.
8. Manage project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
9. Implement change control processes to manage scope, timeline, and cost alterations.
10. Conduct post-project reviews to analyze performance and implement improvement strategies.
11. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and risk management requirements for critical systems and services.
12. Drive long-term strategies leveraging emerging technologies while managing legacy systems where necessary.
**Preferred Expertise:**
- Experience in CRM, Data Platform, RPA, HR, or ERP implementations.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the travel and airline industry.
- 10+ years of banking experience, with a deep understanding of financial services and cost management.
**Technical/Functional Skills:**
- Proficiency in IT service delivery or product development.
- Strong understanding of modern team workflow solutions and emerging technologies.
- Ability to manage and transform complex environments, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Experience in vendor risk management, performance tracking, and service delivery agreements.
**Managerial Skills:**
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships in outcome-focused organizations.
- Strong program management capabilities, with experience in senior management reporting and presentations.
- Proven ability to influence, mentor, and lead across all levels of an organization.
- Expertise in managing vendor and supplier relationships, driving service improvement plans, and facilitating strategic change.
This role requires someone with a customer-oriented mindset, strategic leadership capabilities, and a results-driven work ethic. You will play a critical role in shaping technology service development plans and executing them in a high-availability, high-transaction environment.
