About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our new hires by delivering and optimizing our onboarding programs. You will provide coaching and training to entry and mid-level CS & Sales employees while also taking on a leadership role in refining enablement strategies, developing content, and driving continuous improvements to enhance new hire ramp time. You will be required to work onsite for this role.
