DigitalOcean is expanding in Hyderabad, India. We are looking for a Senior Office Specialist with expertise in administrative functions.


As a Senior Office Specialist at DigitalOcean, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing. You will be an experienced administrative professional that can partner with our Site leader in India to build a new Engineering site in Hyderabad. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work with multiple stakeholders spanning logistics, facilities, human resources, legal, and finance stakeholders to provide the infrastructure support needed to establish and manage a DO engineering site. In addition to providing initial administrative support for the site, this professional needs to provide ongoing calendar management, travel, and assist in recruitment scheduling and HR functions as needed. 


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leadership Support: Provide calendar and time management support including the ability to coordinate complex leadership meetings, town halls, and events for complete Hyderabad site. 
  • Administrative Support: Partner with IT, HR, Finance, recruiting to provide group logistics support for DigitalOcean India site. 
  • Travel Management: Provide inbound and outbound travel and logistics support for stakeholders who visit the India site. 
  • Schedule and manage Organizational Meetings: Partner with your stakeholders to establish a cadence of mechanisms at site level partnering with the site leader.
  • Vendor Management: Partner with HR, Finance, recruiting to manage local India based vendors are required for regular site operations. 
What You'll Add to DigitalOcean:
  • Over 12+ years of experience in operational and administration functions, especially for senior management.
  • Ability to work effectively with organization members at all levels, sales team/customers/sr. management team, virtual and off-site teams/vendors or sourcing partners.
  • Excellent calendar and time management skills, including the ability to coordinate complex executive meetings, town halls and events and major functions for large organizations. 
  • Experience in drafting communication for executive senior management (VP/MD) for organization, customers and internal departments
