We are actively seeking a Marketing Sr. Associate who is a versatile marketing generalist, capable of managing a broad range of marketing functions while bringing innovative ideas to life. Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing & Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing, social media and website, contributing to the company's growth and community presence.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage company and founder social content, leveraging platforms and tools to boost engagement and reach.
- Marketing Collateral Design: Design marketing materials that support our brand and sales initiatives.
- Email Marketing & Weekly Newsletter: Manage email campaigns and newsletters, ensuring consistent and effective communication with our community.
- Community Support: Provide support for SearcherBoost Premium Membership and help manage various community and membership initiatives.
- Data Collection & Analytics: Analyze marketing data to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and growth opportunities.
- Maintenance & Support: Maintain and support ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring processes run smoothly and targets are met.
- Ad Hoc Marketing: Manage various marketing tasks as needed, including addressing real-time challenges and supporting team members.

- Creative Mindset: Experience in content marketing, social media, and design, with a passion for creating engaging and visually appealing content.

What does a typical day look like?
A typical day will involve managing and supporting ongoing marketing initiatives, such as scheduling social media content, handling CRM updates, and preparing the weekly newsletter. You'll collaborate closely with the Founder and Director of Marketing, brainstorm new growth strategies, and assist with the creation of marketing collateral. Throughout the day, you'll monitor data and performance analytics, adjusting campaigns as needed, and handle ad hoc marketing tasks or community support, ensuring seamless execution of various projects.
