Facilitate and deliver the onboarding training material
Participate in the training strategy to improve the versatility of the headcount Collaboration to improve the standard work definition Manage the LDS E versatility
Tool Being accountable and responsible for maintaining the training resources according to the standard
Being accountable and responsible for performance: Working closely with the HR and Methods teams
Identify non compliant situations and behaviors of personnel under training
Assure and validate training levels
Support digital pieces of training for DVC employees such as LDS, DISS, Etc.
Coordinate activities related to Learning corner participation.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Electrica
Minimum 8 Years of Experience in Training Animation at Manufacturing Industry
Knowledge and Hands on Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous improvement tools which positively impacting safety, quality, and overall labour efficiency metrics
Hands on experience in Smart Training solutions design and deliver
Experience in Standard work, Time standard and Ergo assessment
Significant knowledge of Business Software related to Manufacturing and Industrial Processes such as SAP, MS Office Tools
Strong organizational skills including but not limited to the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments in parallel, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
Effective communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional team
