Senior Manager Ecommerce

PakWheels.com is seeking a Senior Manager E-commerce to drive growth and optimize operations across our online marketplace. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background in vendor management, logistics, and product development. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and performance to ensure product diversity, quality, and availability.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including order fulfillment rates, vendor response times, delivery times, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvements.
• Oversee logistics and fulfillment, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth cash flow settlements.
• Collaborate with the technology team to improve platform functionality and digitize processes for vendors and customers.
• Expand and manage the private-label product line for online and offline channels.
• Build partnerships with manufacturers and retailers to ensure quality, pricing, and distribution efficiency.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Lead and mentor the team to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Oversee the development and launch of new e-commerce initiatives, features, and campaigns, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketplace management.
• Proven experience in vendor management, logistics, and private-label product operations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
