Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Role:

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Programmers Force, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security. You will lead and develop a team of infrastructure professionals, collaborate with other departments, and drive initiatives to optimize our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
• SRE Leadership: Oversee the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) department, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage infrastructure teams responsible for server operations, environment setup, and network configuration.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulations for security and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to optimize infrastructure for product development and delivery.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with cloud and infrastructure vendors to negotiate cost-effective solutions.
• Resource Allocation: Oversee the infrastructure budget and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the infrastructure team.
