Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, with expertise in modern UI frameworks and accessibility standards. You should have a strong ability to transform Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional web pages while ensuring optimal performance and usability.
Education & Professional Qualification:
Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience as a Front-end Developer
Hands-on experience with markup languages like HTML
Experience with the JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
Responsibilities:
Develop responsive, high-quality, and accessible web pages
Work with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS to create modern, mobile-friendly designs
Convert Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional web pages
Optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
Ensure web accessibility compliance following WCAG guidelines and implement ARIA roles
Work with Vue.js or React.js for interactive UI components (Bonus)
Implement and maintain WordPress ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) (Bonus)
Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to improve usability
Gather user feedback to build better solutions
Create quality mockups and prototypes
Requirements
2+ years of experience in frontend development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
Ability to create pixel-perfect UI from Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD
Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, color contrast)
Familiarity with WordPress ACF (Bonus)
Experience with Vue.js or React.js (Bonus)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
