Senior Director - Business Growth

Confiz is looking for an experienced Senior Director Business Growth who can engage with CXOs in customer organizations and effectively present our company’s value proposition. This individual will have a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs with our business objectives, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (CXOs) at customer organizations.
• Drive new initiatives and use cases with customers that can be scaled internationally.
• Manage and optimize existing subscription margins, making strategic decisions about relationship exits when necessary.
• Acquire 1-2 high-quality new customers to expand our client base.
• Develop and implement strategies that align customer goals with our business objectives, fostering long-term success.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Next Fiscal Year:

• Number of new initiatives or use cases taken with customers, with potential for international scalability.
• Improvement in margins for existing subscriptions.
• Acquisition of 1-2 high-quality new customers.

Required Traits:

• Energy: Around 35 (+/- 2/3 years) years old.
• Exposure: International experience or experience working with MNCs, with a proven track record of carrying P&L responsibility.
• Understanding of Services Business: In-depth knowledge and experience in the services industry.
