We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist – Tools and Automation 

In this role, you will:

• This is solution leader and multiple products solution architect role, as well as multiple platform senior expert.
• You will be the solution leader in the team for assigned area of Major network Management tooling, Synthetic Testing tools, and tooling automation to support Telecom services and stakeholders.
• Play key role for DevOps and Automation transformation, adopt the Next Generation AI and network Monitoring technologies.
• Involved in the design, deployment, maintenance, and service improvement of network management tools as well as network infrastructure & domains, for automation, and self-services.
• Customer facing, will participate stakeholder communication and global meeting, provide high quality solution and improvement for Telecom domains/Stakeholder, and drive network Automation, deliver the complete integration solution, including Business Impact Analysis, Service Continuity, troubleshooting tools, resilience solution.
• Provide support and consultancy to other Telecoms teams like Networking, Voice, Security, Trade floor etc teams on the network management tools.
• Involved in the design, deployment, vendor management, escalation management, projects (internal and External) as part of ITSO, maintenance and service improvement of network management tools infrastructure.
