Location: Reko Diq Mine Site Balochistan


Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


Experience


At least 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.


Requirements


  • Proven ability to design and create content for digital platforms and management expertise.
  • Established relationships with both local and regional business and industry media outlets.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint/ Outlook), with advanced skills in PowerPoint.
  • Solid experience with social media platforms, including blogs, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Event planning and execution experience.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, work collaboratively with other teams, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in communications, branding, and reputation management, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster effective personal connections.
  • Design, photography & videography experience, or knowledge is an advantage.
  • A solid understanding of communications strategies and monitoring and evaluation systems.

Responsibilities


  • Supported the communications manager in creating and delivering communications materials, managing related budgets, and ensuring the timely execution of projects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital communication plans across multiple platforms.
  • Manage digital communication with key stakeholders, including employees, service providers, and the local community.
  • Create high-quality graphic design assets for digital channels (websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations). Ensure all visuals are visually compelling, on-brand, and meet corporate standards.
  • Oversee the development of written and visual content for the company's digital platforms, including blogs, infographics, social media posts, and newsletters, ensuring it aligns with corporate messaging and engages target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze digital communication performance using analytics tools, refining strategies as needed and providing detailed reports to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends that affect employees and stakeholders, making proactive recommendations to adjust communication strategies accordingly.
  • Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople.
  • Liaising with and answering inquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations, often via telephone and email.
  • Researching, writing, and distributing press releases to targeted media
  • Collating and analyzing media coverage.
  • Writing and editing speeches, articles, and annual reports
  • Devising and coordinating photo opportunities, ensuring they support communication goals and align with brand standards.
  • Organize and provide communication support for press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press tours, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve desired outcomes.
