Your opportunities:


  • Conceptualize, lead, execute and coordinate all activities related to product launches, product promotions, scientific training and for the Sales team, Customer & market analyses, co-creation and implementation of marketing plans and management of allocated A&P budget. Responsible for the respective product portfolio.
  • Co-create with Medical, Sales teams, Clinical Value Marketing  promotional, educational, access and partnership initiatives or business model solutions, which support faster adoption of Diagnostics solutions according to clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Facilitate understanding of HCP, Retail, Institutions and customer needs to drive the successful deployment of our solutions
  • Identify strategic partners (public or private organizations) which can facilitate improved Patient Access – e.g. MoH, telehealth/teleconsultation system providers, insurance and financial institutions, patient coaching providers, NGOs, Hospitals etc.
  • Co-develop the marketing plan based on robust market insights and analytics and informed by regular key Customer visits with Medical & Sales. Collaborate with Key Account Business Partner to ensure proper Marketing support for attaining the retail and hospital Key Accounts objectives
  • Leverage globally developed campaigns and brand assets to deploy locally translated promotional/educational materials for new and existing products, including brochures, leaflets, detailing materials, presentations,
  • Lead HCP and Institutional marketing efforts for product promotion. Including disease education. Maintain strong disease and product knowledge; support internal and external customer education programs and product training
  • Lead KOL engagement and speaker programs. Leverage Medical and Scientific studies to create content for patients, HCPs and Institutions. Drive shift in engaging HCPs on digital marketing platforms. Manage digital & social media channels
  • Coordinate with Medical to establish relevant presence and engagement for strategic events (symposia, conferences, etc.)
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and business impact. Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market trends, and innovation initiatives.


Who you are


  • Have Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field with MBA. Pharm-D or MBBS preferred 
  • Have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing or Brand Management with a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical company
  • Have experience in in life science/pharma/diagnostics customer-facing/sales or Key Account Management
  • Have excellent command of English language is a must
  • Have previous marketing experience with digital healthcare solutions deployment is preferred
  • Have experience with digital marketing tools is an advantage
  • Expose to a multinational and multicultural environment and matrix organizational structure is a plus
  • Have proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and driving business innovation.
